Phase 3: Post Cleaning Follow Up
- We leave the individual and their family with a cleaning plan to help them continue to maintain the home.
- We will follow up with the individual over the phone to check on their progress and we will return to the home if further cleaning services are needed.
- We make sure the affected individual is always in control of the process.
